Yes, the rumors are true! The property was sold and 2017 was the last year for Eagle Rodeo at the original location. We have used this land for many years and want to thank Eagle 26, LLC for the generous donation of space. THANK YOU! Your support was and is unbelieveable!
The Eagle Rodeo is thrilled to announce the location of our 2018 rodeo: Avimor! Located off of Highway 55, the Avimor Development team is excited that we are bringing the rodeo to their project. Avimor Village is a community just six minutes/miles away from the original location, where the developers plan on making it more than just a neighborhood. The first phase of the residential area has already started. The Community Center is finished and seven parks are great for these upcoming summer nights. In addition to being an environmentally- friendly project, Avimor has also set aside 60% of land to preserve as open space, making trails and parks available to everyone. We are eager to reveal our plan for 2018, but we can only give you a cookie crumb at a time. Some of the plan has already started.... additional bleachers, bleacher stairs, new bar, new arena and back pens. Like us on Facebook to stay up to date on what we are up to. Again, we are thrilled to invite our loyal Eagle Rodeo fans to join us at our new location and see all the benefits that our new space will provide.
The Eagle Rodeo is a great opportunity for the entire family to come out and experience what an Idaho rodeo is all about. After each performance, we invite all our rodeo fans to hang around and meet the cowboys and cowgirls at the After Rodeo Party.
All food and beverage vendors will be open to satisfy your thirst and appetites as you mingle and have a good time.
